Emma Verhulst (1994°) graduated at Sint Lucas Antwerp with a master in the visual arts. She has participated in residency programs such as Frans Masereel Center, Wiels and Cité Des Arts and had group and solo exhibitions. She lives and works in Antwerp.
Emma draws for her work on observations, photographs, and found footage. An initial drawing forms the basis for an intuitive, associative, and accumulative process.
